I received a list of body shop referrals from my insurance company, and your company isn’t on the list. Can I still bring my car into your shop for repairs?

Yes, you can! We are a registered auto body shop, and we can deal with every insurance company here in Massachusetts. We are also able to work with most out-of-state insurance providers.
What should I do if the estimate my insurance provider gave me isn’t going to be enough to cover repairs? Will I have to pay the rest out of pocket?

If the damages from the accident are more than the initial appraisal, we will contact the appraiser and have them redo their inspection of the vehicle.
Since my car was in an accident, can repairs really make it as good as new?
